Peace River Center Victim Services staff will attend the Speak Up & Speak Out event hosted by Beauty for Ashes Organization, Inc. on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Carver Center in Bartow. Tickets are only $15 and include Guest Speakers as well as spoken word, stage play, and domestic violence awareness.
