Group Home Housing

PRC’s unlocked group home, Success House, has 15 beds and operates with 24/7 staff supervision and assistance. Individuals entering the program are assessed to determine their functional skill level. Clients receive direct skills supervision and training, paraprofessional counseling, medication supervision and training, crisis intervention, interaction therapy, and socialization skills training while in the program. Referral required.

The Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Subsidized Housing Program provides income-based, permanent housing opportunities to individuals with mental illness. Referral required.

PRC apartments

Short-Term Residential Treatment

The SRT is a secure (locked) 30-bed specialized residential unit that serves patients who have been determined by the court to require a longer-term stay than the crisis stabilization unit (CSU) offers or are diverting from the state psychiatric hospital. The SRT provides high-risk patients with a safe, therapeutic environment for an extended length of time (179-day court order) to be assessed more thoroughly, receive more intensive treatment, and develop a more comprehensive discharge plan to enhance the likelihood of success in a community-based setting. Referral required.
